GENERAL When fishing a match on Stacey's Lakes all anglers do so at their own risk. When parking, anglers do so at their own risk and are expected to leave suitable space between cars to ensure the safety of others. It will be the responsibility of each Club Match organiser to: Only pre-cut swims may be used for a match, and all such swims on the booked lake can be used for the match. Use of Keepnets A minimum of 3 keepnets must be used on all matches: For the welfare of the fish, your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the scales person there will now be a maximum weight of 50 lb per net on all venues. All nets must be weighed separately. All nets must be laid out on the bank while the angler is setting up, and all keepnets and landing nets must be dry before putting them into the lake. No nets are to be put into the lake more than 10 minutes before the start of the match, and a minimum of one net must be in the water at the start of the match. Tackle Baits Cleanliness Application of Rules All anglers fishing a match on Stacey's Lakes must always comply with these new Match Rules. Any angler who fails to adhere to these Match Rules will be reported to the Stacey's Fishing Club Secretary (Keith Brown). who will investigate, and if proven guilty, it may result in the organising Club being banned from holding any future matches on Stacey's Lakes. These Match Rules are subject to variation as may be deemed necessary by the Stacey's Fishing Club Secretary (Keith Brown), and/or to comply with changes to Environment Agency Byelaws or Government Guidance as may occur in the case of pandemic or other National Emergency.
